I’m a versatile, results-driven, people-first designer with varied experience at the individual contributor, manager, executive and founder level. I follow great leaders, just as I can lead. I deeply value self-reliance, self-awareness, communication, emotional intelligence and environments that foster sustainable growth at both the contributor and organizational-level, whether it’s a team of 5 🌱, 50 🌿 or 500 🌳

To best grasp the lifecycle and impact of my design decisions, I overlap my design craft with business and development and consistently strive to maintain that balance.

I geek out working in the Fintech, Edutech, Proptech and Worktech market segments as I have an interest in finance, learning/mentoring, real estate and productivity apps involving eCommerce or life/project/product management.

Twice a year, for the last decade I’ve kept tabs on my MBTI. I’ve consistently been positioned as either INTJ, INFJ or ENTJ– with my most consistent type being INTJ.
